This page explains what personal data CV Simple Multimedia Digital collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the enquiries you send us.

What we collect

When you contact us we receive the details you choose to send — typically your name, email address, phone number and a description of your project. We do not collect payment details through this site.

Analytics

We measure aggregate traffic to understand which pages are useful. No analytics profile is used to identify an individual visitor.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and for the period required by Indonesian tax and company record-keeping obligations afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@simple.web.id and we will respond within one working day.
