- Can customers pay automatically?
- Yes. Stores are built with a payment gateway integrated, so customers can pay by bank virtual account, card or e-wallet at any hour without anyone checking transfers by hand. Every store is served over an SSL certificate, so passwords and payment details are encrypted in transit.
- Is shipping calculated automatically?
- Yes. The store connects to Indonesian couriers — JNE, TIKI, SiCepat, GoSend and others — and works the shipping cost out from the product weight and the customer's address rather than asking them to guess or wait for a reply.
- How many products can I sell?
- There is no limit built into the system, so hundreds or thousands of variants are all workable. The practical ceiling is the storage on your hosting plan, and that can be increased later without rebuilding the store.
- Why do I need my own store if I already sell on a marketplace?
- A store on your own domain is an asset you own. There is no per-transaction commission, no being ranked against a dozen sellers of the same item on price alone, and — the part that matters most later — you keep your customers' contact details for your own marketing instead of renting access to them.
