These terms cover your use of this website. Project work is governed separately by the signed proposal and contract for that engagement.

Content on this site

Copy, design and code on this site belong to CV Simple Multimedia Digital. Project names and imagery in the portfolio remain the property of the respective clients and are shown with permission.

Estimates and figures

Timelines, statistics and results shown here describe past work. They are not a guarantee of outcome for a future project; every engagement is scoped and quoted individually.

Ownership of delivered work

Ownership of the delivered work transfers to the client on final payment. The handover follows at the training session and covers the code repository, the design source files, the credentials and the documentation. This applies to every project regardless of the platform it was built on, and is confirmed in each project contract.
