Before you ask.
- Can you maintain a site another agency built?
- Yes, and it is a normal way to start. The site is audited first so we understand how it was put together, and routine maintenance begins once we know what we are looking after.
- How do I ask for a change to the site?
- Send the instruction and the material — the article text, the product photographs — by email or on the client WhatsApp line. Light requests such as publishing an article or swapping an image are usually done within hours, on the same working day.
- Do I have to sign an annual maintenance contract?
- No. An annual plan is the best value, but maintenance is also sold hourly or monthly so it can be matched to the budget rather than committed to in advance.
- What happens if my site is hacked?
- That is what the plan is for. Sites under maintenance get malware removal, the hole that allowed it closed, and a restore from a recent backup where one is needed. Prevention runs continuously alongside it: routine malware scanning, a firewall, system and plugin updates, and 24/7 uptime monitoring so an outage is noticed here rather than reported by a customer.
