Hospitality platform
BookandLink
BookandLink sells cloud software to hotels, villas and rentals across Southeast Asia — a channel manager, a booking engine, a front office system and five more modules. The site has to explain eight products to three markets without turning into a manual.
- Channel manager
- Hotels & villas

What the site does
Built around how the business runs.
- Eight product modules given their own space: channel manager, booking engine, front office, payments, review management, point of sale, AI chatbot and website builder
- Three languages — English, Bahasa Indonesia and Thai
- Free demo signup as the primary action, with client login alongside it
- Published pricing rather than a contact-us wall
- Compliance marks (PCI, PSE) and GDPR documentation, which enterprise buyers look for before anything else
Decisions
Why it was built this way.
A software site, not a brochure
The visitor is comparing platforms, so the page has to answer feature questions and let them start a trial in the same visit. Everything is arranged around getting to the demo.
Three languages from the start
Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand are separate markets with separate buyers. The language switch is structural, not an afterthought bolted onto a finished English site.
Figures published by BookandLink
